Southampton FC has confirmed the eight supporters who will form its new Fan Advisory Board. The club's formal supporter engagement body will hold its first meeting later this month, aiming to strengthen the fan voice within the club's operations.
Four of the representatives were elected directly by supporters, while the other four were appointed following recommendations from an independent panel chaired by the Football Supporters’ Association. The elected members are Simon Dennis, Louis Reeves, David Goodridge, and Andrea Nichols. The appointed members are Natalia Costa de Build, Lisa Hoe, Ewan Minns, and Dillon Karia.
Baker welcomes new board
Greg Baker, the club's director of supporter experience, welcomed the new members. "I'd like to congratulate and welcome the members of our new Fan Advisory Board," Baker said. "I'd also like to thank everyone who applied to join the board and the hundreds of supporters who took the time to vote."
The new board members will receive training from both Southampton FC and the Football Supporters’ Association before their inaugural session. That first meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 30 September. Minutes from the meeting will be published online after they are finalised, continuing the club's practice of transparency with previous meeting notes already available.
Supporter engagement plans
Southampton FC has indicated that fans will have more chances to interact with the Fan Advisory Board in the future. Contact details for the board will be made available in Autumn 2026, offering a direct line for supporter input and inquiries.
